Only Productivity Pipeline You Will Ever Need

It is a Friday night. After a long day at work, I was about to relax on my couch. I switch on my television to watch a show on Netflix. Netflix says my subscription for the month has not extended. I picked up my credit card to renew my subscription. Alas, my credit card has expired. I get a call from my dentist informing me that I missed your appointment and got another appointment only next month. I now sit on my couch with an aching tooth and nothing to watch.

Productivity is the buzz word of the digital world. There are many philosophies and ideas to be more productive. What’s missing is a pipeline that can be taken out of the box and used quickly in everyday life. “Getting Things Done (GTD)” and “Eisenhower Matrix” are the basis for this pipeline. Interestingly, many productivity apps in the market support this feature.

The problem is I know there are these tasks to do, but I have not assigned priority to them and schedule it. This pipeline will help anyone to plan their day in a better way.

Inbox:

Inbox is the default place to have any of the tasks. It is like a bucket to place all our thoughts in one place. It may be Do to laundry, Call Bank, Write an Article, etc. Putting them into this will be like a brain dump. For me, when I read a book and find an exciting thing to further…
